Are you seeking a short term contract role role that offers you the autonomy and flexibility?
The Client is based in Sydney CBD, and as the HR Manager, you will report to the Finance Manager, in order to coordinate and deliver effective management and staff practices within this established and dynamic organisation.
Work as a partner to the business using a range of HR products and services providing sound, pragmatic HR advice in a competent , efficient and timely manner. Balancing the needs of the business with the needs of the individual and the team/function.
Ensuring the business is positioned at all times as professional organisation, operating with a strong focus on people and providing opportunity for development. This is a 3 days a week opportunity offering autonomy and flexibility.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Providing advice, coaching, and guidance to upper management , regarding effective strategies for development of staff and organisational design.
-Coordinate Employee assessment, Culture & Organisational design.
-Work in a project management capacity.
As an experienced HR professional , you will bring a pragmatic and hands-on approach to the work you do. Your qualities include, but are not limited to:
-10+ Years’ experience within a similar role.
-Saville or Hogan trained, qualified.
-A pragmatic working style, with a hands-on approach.
-Flexibility, and ability to work within a dynamic business.
