The Role

Be apart of our client’s supportive Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Officer, your role is to build great relationships by providing our customers with excellent customer experiences and exert a great deal of knowledge, empathy, and professionalism. 

  • Provide order management services, enter orders into the system, daily management of EDI orders.
  • Provide the fastest and most cost-effective routing for clients’ queries
  • Ensure all pricing and order data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Contribute to team and organisational wide discussions around improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the business.
  • Track orders and liaise with logistics department for any update.
  • Manage customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner

About You

The successful applicant will have a flair for customer service and going above and beyond to assist your customer will come naturally.  

  • A minimum of 2 years Customer Care experience within a manufacturing environment. 
  • Strong understanding of order management, backorders, warehouses processes. 
  • Excellent telephone and computer skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High energy levels coupled with assertiveness and initiative.
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
