About the Company

The company is an international brand and commercial management consultancy with expertise in promoting products locally and regionally.  They take pride in managing global brands within the healthcare, personal care, and consumer goods through its tailor-made strategies and partnership.
The Role:

You will be working closely with the Creative Director to ensure design work exceeds expectations.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Execute top-quality design work in line with objectives and standards
  • Manage design quality through all stages of a project and follow through ideation/concepts created by the brand manager and team to final execution
  • Produce print-based designs such as brochures, whitepapers, and posters to support marketing efforts
  • Create digital assets to support our website, social media channels and email marketing
  • Follow our internal processes for receiving design requests, kicking off new projects and managing the feedback process with key stakeholders
  • Assisting with internal company artwork such as company stationery and corporate collateral etc.

The Candidate:

In order to be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent relevant work experience in a marketing, branding or agency environment.
  • Be fluent in Mandarin (Speaking, reading and writing)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in physical graphic design.
  • Portfolio of published work that demonstrates a wide range of work representing multiple visual approaches, techniques, target audiences, and content types.
  • Expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with a deep understanding of PowerPoint/Keynote, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Proficient level of conceptual design and idea generation and Creative thinking and ability to thrive in a growing team and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in brand identity and logo development, and expanding into style guides, collateral, marketing, and digital design assets.
