About the Company

The Role:

Your duties will include, but not limited to:
  • Develop global sales strategy to drive performance across portfolio of brands
  • Lead, formulate, and manage all distribution partnership in ANZ, USA, Europe and Middle East regions
  • Deliver brands targeted plans, take ownership in delivering brand stories
  • Achieve positive outcomes with the targeted distribution and retailers
  • Work closely with the brands and marketing in creating market readiness programs for expansion plans
  • Work closely with the supply chain to set up global 3PL partnerships


The Candidate:

In order to be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication, or business-related studies
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in global sales management in an FMCG industry, preferably health, beauty, and lifestyle
  • Proven global sales track record and solid network of FMCG distribution and retailers
  • Relevant working or engagement experience, strong client partnership, and people leadership skills
  • Strong negotiation and influential skills
  • Driven, passionate, and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
