This is a full 360 recruitment position, where you will have the opportunity to work across diverse industries such as warehousing, manufacturing, transport, logistics, and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from signing new clients, candidate sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding.
- Industry Focus: Specialise in recruitment for warehousing, manufacturing, transport, logistics, and supply chain positions, understanding the unique requirements of each sector.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Management: Source, screen, and interview candidates to match their skills and experience with client requirements.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within labour hire or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the warehousing, manufacturing, transport, logistics, and supply chain sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
