Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities? Talent Focus, located in Bella Vista, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Labour Hire Division. This is a full 360 recruitment position, where you will have the opportunity to work across diverse industries such as warehousing, manufacturing, transport, logistics, and supply chain.

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from signing new clients, candidate sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding.
  • Industry Focus: Specialise in recruitment for warehousing, manufacturing, transport, logistics, and supply chain positions, understanding the unique requirements of each sector.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Management: Source, screen, and interview candidates to match their skills and experience with client requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within labour hire or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the warehousing, manufacturing, transport, logistics, and supply chain sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
