Talent Focus is seeking experience Recruitment Consultants, great opportunity to grow and own your Permanent desk, P&L and OTE bonus.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant is responsible for engaging in 360 degree Candidate & Client sourcing, utilizing vast array new and existing networks within multi channels. 
Primary Objectives Ownership of complete Client & Candidate Sourcing plan and process throughout the Talent Focus’ organization:

  • Identify new and excising accounts, networks across [ target ] business functions, identify senior line manager for hiring and selected candidates.
  • Facilitation, Information Capture and Engagement of all key Candidate channel [s] including, Internet, Linked IN, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Sourcing management and coordination within Talent Focus IT System and Candidates, also including key Clients.
  • Identify and Instigate interviews, interviews reports via formal, informal interviewing techniques..
  • Provide leadership, management and development of the Sourcing role, engaging Recruitment Consultants and alike to ensure outcomes are in line with Talent Focus growth strategy.

Role Accountability

  • Ensure that an effective External Resource system is employed throughout the business that achieves commercially viable outcomes to drive set business growth targets.
  • Conduct interviews and write interview reports, utilizing formal and informal interviewing methods. Resulting interview report to captured and stored in Job Adder “Candidate” database.
  • Identify sourcing process improvement opportunities for Talent Focus through analysis of key outputs.
  • Facilitate the identification and implementation of Sourcing process improvement initiatives through the business key stakeholders.
  • Identify and anticipate the needs of both internal and external customers [staff & clients], and deliver relevant services so as to meet and exceed customer expectations.  

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 10 + years experience in 360 recruitment within permanent placement.
  • preference in tertiary education in either Sales, Marketing or Human Resources.
  • High numerical, financial acumen skill set.
