- Emerging Senior Appointment Specialisation: Talent Focus QLD has secured Senior Appointments across key leadership roles, including CEOs, National Operations Managers, and National Safety Managers for local and global organisations.
- Extensive Regional, National & International Reach: Demonstrated a strong commitment to regional and remote workforce solutions, managing complex placements across Queensland and interstate locations, supporting critical industries and hard-to-fill roles. This growth has also extended internationally, with the successful establishment of a Talent Focus office in the UK, strengthening global talent pipelines and enabling international recruitment to support Australian workforce needs.
