Positions Available:

1. Full-Time Aged Care Nurse:
   
   • Role: Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly residents in a supportive and caring environment.
   • Hours: Full-time position ( flexible shifts )
   • Requirements: Registered Nurse qualification, experience in aged care preferred, dedication to delivering high-quality care.
2. Part-Time Aged Care Nurses (Two Positions):
   
   • Role: Assist in delivering compassionate care and support to elderly residents.
   • Hours: Part-time positions x 2 
   • Requirements: Registered Nurse qualification, passion for aged care, ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical care and support according to individual care plans.
• Monitor residents’ health and well-being, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
