High Reach Forklift Operator – Immediate Start (Cardiff NSW)
Casual Position | Split Shifts | $ Competitive Rate
Talent Focus is currently seeking an experienced and reliable High Reach Forklift Operator for a well-established client based in Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate High Reach forklift safely and efficiently
• Pick and pack orders accurately and on time
• Load and unload trucks
• Perform stock control and participate in stock takes
• Maintain general housekeeping in the warehouse
• Promote and support workplace safety and EHS programs
• Work across split shifts as required:
- 6:30am – 2:12pm
- 7:48am – 3:30pm
Flexibility to work either shift is essential
Key Requirements:
• Current High Reach Forklift license with demonstrated experience
• Ability to work unsupervised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, reading, and written
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Own reliable transport (essential)
