Talent Focus is proudly partnering with multiple highly regarded childcare centres across Melbourne, seeking experienced Educational Leaders to join their dedicated teams.

In this blended role, you’ll work both on and off the floor, dedicating time to mentoring educators, enhancing educational practices, and collaborating closely with the leadership team. You’ll also have the opportunity to attend monthly Educational Leader meetings, providing a valuable space to connect with peers, share insights, and gain support to thrive in your role.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior educator role
- Deep knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and best practice in early childhood education
- A genuine passion for mentoring, inspiring, and guiding others
- Working with Children Check and First Aid certificates
