The Role
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with EYLF & QKLG
- Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for children
- Mentor and support educators to grow and succeed
- Build strong, positive relationships with families
- Step into Responsible Person duties when required
- Champion a positive, collaborative team culture
What You Bring
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, QKLG & NQF
- Confident in observing, documenting & planning for children’s learning
- Natural leadership, initiative, and team focus
- Current Blue Card
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- A genuine passion for early learning
