Physiotherapist – Brisbane

This unique opportunity offers a blend of clinical and workplace-based rehabilitation, allowing you to make a meaningful impact across diverse settings throughout Brisbane.

Instead of being confined to a traditional clinic, you’ll work directly with businesses and their employees – supporting injury prevention, recovery, and overall wellbeing onsite. You’ll collaborate with a variety of professionals including safety teams, HR leaders, and workers to promote healthier, safer workplaces.

If variety is what you’re after, this role also offers the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week (for full-time staff) delivering telehealth support to clients across Australia. It’s an ideal role for someone wanting to continue their physiotherapy career in a sustainable, people-focused way that moves beyond purely hands-on treatment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver onsite physiotherapy and workplace rehabilitation services to employees
  • Design and implement proactive injury prevention and wellness initiatives
  • Work closely with managers and staff to support a positive, healthy workforce
  • Contribute to a strong, supportive team culture across local and national colleagues
  • Enhance service delivery in a growing and respected workplace health provider

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • At least 12 months’ experience in a musculoskeletal or private practice setting
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

What’s on offer:

  • Competitive salary package of $80–$110k + Super (depending on experience)
  • Professional development allowance of up to $1,750 annually
  • Laptop and travel allowance provided
  • A flexible work model with dedicated admin time and no after-hours or weekends
  • Regular support including clinical mentoring, team huddles, and leadership programs
  • Exposure to a wide range of services and career development pathways
  • A genuinely supportive and connected team culture, with social events and national collaboration
