The candidate shortlist was given to us within days of getting Monica on board and all candidates were extremely strong applicants. We felt like the interview process was beyond unbelievable, we essentially just had to be in our office at the time agreed and every candidate was on time, well prepped and were some of the smoothest interviews we have every conducted. The quality of the candidates interviewed were very high and exactly what we were looking for.
